Matching sconces flank the fireplace, protecting the room from bad kharma.
Twin "bark-like" light panels (made by layering dozens of pieces of "crumpled" tissue paper and sealed with a water-based matte/acrylic paint) flank the left entry-way from the foyer into the dining room. Panels were painted in stages to resemble bark from the region.
The "Chandelier" in the foyer is a modular form of the "Widget." The play of light through the folds makes a striking starburst effect on the white ceiliing surrounded by black Venetian-plastered walls.
